Alliance Bank’s 12-month Management Trainee Programme is designed to nurture young talents to become future leaders in the financial services industry. The Bank carefully considers a trainee’s interests, personality, aptitude and strengths when determining fit at the organisation. This is to optimise their learning experience with the Bank.
You will be rotated throughout the Bank’s various divisions to develop a breadth of experience and evolve and expand your thinking and understanding of the different aspects of banking operations. Projects will be assigned to accelerate learning, enhance your skills and knowledge, and develop your critical thinking ability, leadership skills, and adaptability to change.
As a Management Trainee, you will be assigned a mentor to guide and support you throughout the programme. We developed a comprehensive programme covering negotiation skills, leadership, business etiquette, problem-solving, decision-making and business ethics, among others, to help accelerate your learning.
